Vendor Terms and Conditions

If you are applying as a vendor for the sale, please ensure you read the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booth Space

Booth spaces are first-come, first-served. Each 10′ x 10′ booth space is $20.00 + tax. Each booth will include an 8ft undecorated table, 2 chairs, and an 8ft tall black drape to define the space. Additional tables, chairs, or supplies are available for rent through Pinnacle Event Rentals.

Logistics

Vendors may load into the UCT anytime between 7 am and 9:30 am the morning of the sale. The sale will begin promptly at 10 am and will conclude at 4 pm at which time vendors may load out any wares they did not sell. All vendors must be completely moved out by no later than 7 pm the night of the sale.

Sale Contents

This sale is for used wedding decor only. Any vendors found to be selling items outside of these parameters will be asked to leave and will not qualify for a refund. If you are questioning if your items fall outside of this category, please email shonah@pinnacleeventrentals.ca with a description of your sale items. 

Payment Terms

To secure a table, vendors must have submitted a registration form and paid their booth fee no less than 48 hours before the sale. While booths may be canceled at any point, no refunds will be given.

Booth Sharing

Vendors are allowed to share booth space as they see fit. Please notify shonah@pinnacleeventrentals.ca if you intend to share a booth space with someone.

Each vendor is responsible for managing their own sales and payment processes.
