A marquee tent is a smaller-format event tent with a peaked roof and a lightweight frame, designed for intimate gatherings rather than large crowds. It installs quickly on grass, gravel, or pavement and can be dressed up with sidewalls, draping, lighting, and flooring. Marquee tents are ideal for backyard weddings, parties, and small functions of roughly 12 to 32 guests.

*By default, tents do not come with sidewalls and they are not included in the price. Please let our team know if you would like to have walls on your tent during the booking process.
Tent prices include set up and tear down (of the tent itself). The rates listed do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees or other service set-up fees. Tents require a clearance of 5′ on all sides to allow for rope pegs.
Setups are scheduled during the week as our office is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you require weekend set-up/tear down, this is available for an additional fee.
Soil and grass are best for staking which is the safest way to secure a tent. To provide you with an accurate quote as well as set up date, time, and duration, we must know the Surface Type where the Tent will be set up, at time of booking.
We also offer tent staking on pavement and gravel.
Utility Line Locates are MANDATORY
Utility Line Locates are MANDATORY for all tent set-ups.
There are NO exceptions when it comes to safety.

Each size below can be dressed with walls, flooring, and lighting. Capacities depend on your layout — seated dining needs more room than a standing reception.
Capacities are estimates and depend on tables, a dance floor, bar, or staging. Standing/cocktail figures are approximate. Pricing excludes taxes, delivery, and setup; weekend setups may incur additional fees.

A smooth marquee install comes down to a few details we’ll walk you through:
- Clearance: Marquee tents need about 5′ of clearance on all sides for rope pegs and anchoring — measure your space before booking.
- Surfaces: Grass and soil offer the best staking conditions. We can also install on gravel or pavement — just tell us your surface type when you book so we bring the right anchoring.
- Utility line locates are mandatory. Before any staking, underground utility locates must be completed — no exceptions. We’ll guide you through “Click Before You Dig” so gas, hydro, and water lines stay protected.
- Lead time: Summer weekends book up fast.
