What is the Accidental Damage Waiver? The Accidental Damage Waiver (8% of your rental total) is an optional protection plan that covers minor accidental damage to rented items. This waiver is designed to save you from unexpected costs during your event, giving you one less thing to worry about. What Does It Cover? Unintentional damage such as spills, stains, or small tears. Minor breakage of equipment caused by accidents during normal use. Wear and tear beyond what’s considered standard from a one-time rental. What It Doesn’t Cover: Theft or loss of equipment. Gross negligence, intentional damage, or misuse of the items. Damage caused by using equipment outside of its intended purpose.
