Event Surface
Soil and grass are best for staking which is the safest way to secure a tent. To provide you with an accurate quote as well as setup date, time, and duration, we must know the Surface Type where the Tent will be set up.
Utility Line Locates
Utility Line Locates are MANDATORY for all tent set-ups. There are NO exceptions when it comes to safety. For more information on Utility Line Locates, click here.
Tent Walls
Please indicate if you would like side walls on your tent.
By default, tents do not come with side walls and they are not included in the price. We cannot guarantee the availability of window walls vs opaque walls, please let us know if you would like walls installed, either when the tent is set up, or if you would like them dropped off at the time of set-up, in case they're needed later.
Schedule Setups
All of our tents are delivered, set-up and taken down by our team of skilled event crew. Deliveries and setups are scheduled during the week as our office is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you require weekend set-up/tear down, this is available for an additional fee.
