Objective
The Client Relations Manager drives growth through client acquisition, market development, and relationship management. This role balances strategic planning and operational oversight, including managing the Rental Coordinator, to ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through execution.

Working Schedule
This is primarily an office-based role with in-person sales calls and client communication.

Monday to Friday, regular business hours
Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH (after 90-day training)
– WFH may shift based on client or event needs
– Evening/weekend work may be required
– WFH is a privilege and may be revoked based on performance

Core Duties
– Advise clients confidently on Pinnacle’s inventory and services
– Identify and secure new business opportunities
– Oversee the Rental Coordinator and ensure customer service standards
– Maintain client relationships through proactive site visits and communication
– Assist operations on-site during events when needed
– Collaborate on tailored rental solutions
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans
– Represent Pinnacle at events and trade shows across North America
– Work with marketing on campaigns and materials
– Maintain CRM accuracy and generate reports
– Track and report on key sales/service KPIs

Responsibilities
– Generate quotes, proposals, and contracts with internal teams
– Close deals to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
– Provide on-site event support for logistics and client expectations
– Support onboarding and transition from sale to execution
– Assess and improve the client experience
– Share client feedback and market trends with leadership
– Monitor project budgets and timelines when needed

Expectations
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented
– Willing to support operations during peak times
– Able to travel locally/regionally
– Proficient in CRM and Google Suite

Qualifications
Required:
– Class 5 driver’s license
– 2+ years sales or business development
– Can lift 50 lbs occasionally for site visits or setups
– Experience in supervision or leadership
– Comfortable managing customer service and operations

Preferred:
– Event rentals or hospitality experience
– Logistics knowledge
– Education in business, marketing, or related field

Company Overview
Pinnacle Event Rentals is a leading provider of event rental services in Brandon, specializing in delivering high-quality products and exceptional support for a wide range of events. Position Objective
The Warehouse Manager will leverage strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to oversee the efficient processing and preparation of rentals within the warehouse. Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will ensure safety compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while optimizing resources and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Follow all Pinnacle Event Rentals’ culture, safety, and policy guidelines.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse crews, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Manage and work with Eventwares and Infrastructure Supervisors, Technicians, and Apprentices on training, needs, and education.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage warehouse teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adequate staffing for each project.
  • Supervise and act as the on-site liaison between the company and clients, ensuring expectations are met and addressing issues as required.
  • Plan and implement customer needs in coordination with the Operations Manager regarding event setup, breakdown, or maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and implement solutions for discrepancies in inventory, missing/damaged items, safety concerns, improper loading, or truck/trailer issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards including PPE usage, safe work practices, and completion of safety analysis when required.
  • Discipline and implement corrective action plans for employees violating company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct in-person interviews with new applicants.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of materials, styles, and maintenance requirements for linens, dishware, décor, infrastructure, and vinyl.
  • Monitor consumable inventory tracking and ordering to meet budget expectations.
  • Oversee and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, training, or disciplinary action as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Drive and operate Pinnacle Event Rentals vehicles while following all provincial and federal rules and regulations.
  • Maintain an organized workspace/warehouse.
  • Attend industry training events locally, nationally, and/or internationally with overnight stays of up to 5 days.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
  • Completion of any assigned training.
  • Valid Manitoba Class 5 Full or higher driver’s license.
  • Ability to confidently hook, unhook, back up, and haul hitch trailers up to 32’ long.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate Pinnacle Event Rentals machinery and rented equipment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
