Our Story

Pinnacle Event Rentals was founded in 2019 with a clear goal: to provide dependable, professional event infrastructure that could support everything from community festivals to large-scale corporate events. As our work grew, so did the requests from our clients—for more equipment, more services, and broader geographic coverage.

By expanding our inventory and bringing key services in-house, we evolved into a full-service event rental provider capable of supporting events from the ground up. That growth wasn’t accidental—it was driven by what our clients needed to execute better, smoother events.

In 2025, in response to increasing demand, we opened a second location in Winnipeg to better serve the city and surrounding region. Our Brandon location continues to operate at full capacity, while our Winnipeg team provides local support, faster response times, and dedicated inventory for Manitoba’s largest market.

Today, Pinnacle Event Rentals supports corporate events, galas, festivals, trade shows, and community gatherings across Manitoba—backed by experience, scale, and a team that understands what it takes to build events that work.
