This is a salaried role with bi-weekly pay and health benefits after 3 months of employment.<\/p>

We specialize in high-quality event rentals \u2014 from tents, staging, and furniture to luxury washrooms, signage, and full-scale event logistics. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gala, trade show, or festival, we deliver the infrastructure and the team to make it happen.<\/p>

We\u2019re known for being reliable, fast, and easy to work with. Our brands \u2014 including VIP Portable Washrooms, Graphic Factory, and Limitless Events \u2014 are built to support every part of the event experience.<\/p>

In 2025, we\u2019re opening a second location in Winnipeg to support our growing client base and better serve large-scale events across the Prairies.<\/p>

Objective<\/strong><\/p>

The Client Relations Manager drives growth through client acquisition, market development, and relationship management. This role balances strategic planning and operational oversight, including managing the Rental Coordinator, to ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through execution.<\/p>

Working Schedule<\/strong><\/p>

This is primarily an office-based role with in-person sales calls and client communication.<\/p>

  • Monday to Friday, regular business hours<\/li>
  • Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH (after 90-day training)<\/li>
  • WFH may shift based on client or event needs<\/li>
  • Evening\/weekend work may be required<\/li>
  • WFH is a privilege and may be revoked based on performance<\/li><\/ul>

    Core Duties<\/strong><\/p>

    • Advise clients confidently on Pinnacle\u2019s inventory and services<\/li>
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities<\/li>
    • Oversee the Rental Coordinator and ensure customer service standards<\/li>
    • Maintain client relationships through proactive site visits and communication<\/li>
    • Assist operations on-site during events when needed<\/li>
    • Collaborate on tailored rental solutions<\/li>
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans<\/li>
    • Represent Pinnacle at events and trade shows across North America<\/li>
    • Work with marketing on campaigns and materials<\/li>
    • Maintain CRM accuracy and generate reports<\/li>
    • Track and report on key sales\/service KPIs<\/li><\/ul>

      Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

      • Generate quotes, proposals, and contracts with internal teams<\/li>
      • Close deals to maximize revenue and client satisfaction<\/li>
      • Provide on-site event support for logistics and client expectations<\/li>
      • Support onboarding and transition from sale to execution<\/li>
      • Assess and improve the client experience<\/li>
      • Share client feedback and market trends with leadership<\/li>
      • Monitor project budgets and timelines when needed<\/li><\/ul>

        Expectations<\/strong><\/p>

        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>
        • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented<\/li>
        • Willing to support operations during peak times<\/li>
        • Able to travel locally\/regionally<\/li>
        • Proficient in CRM and Google Suite<\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>

          Required:<\/strong><\/p>

          • Class 5 driver\u2019s license<\/li>
          • 2+ years sales or business development<\/li>
          • Can lift 50 lbs occasionally for site visits or setups<\/li>
          • Experience in supervision or leadership<\/li>
          • Comfortable managing customer service and operations<\/li><\/ul>

            Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>

            • Event rentals or hospitality experience<\/li>
            • Logistics knowledge<\/li>
