CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of your full rental or any individual item MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to the date of your booking; no further payment is required and your deposit can be transferred to an upcoming event within one calendar year of the original event date.

Cancellation of your rental or any individual item LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to the date of your booking; The remaining balance is required at the time of cancellation and your deposit is considered non transferable – No Exceptions.

 

PAYMENT

A representative will contact you regarding your booking to schedule the set up and tear down times; during this call final payment arrangements will be made.

If payment arrangements are not made or you are unable to be contacted, the full owing amount will be charged to the card on file up to two weeks prior to your booking.

 

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable, but transferrable (see cancellations above), 50% deposit is required to confirm any bookings. This secures our date and items.

Payment of the deposit or a signature of the contract is legally binding.

 

SAFETY + LOCATES

For all tent rentals, the renter is required to contact and arrange underground line locates by all utility companies (electricity, hydro, telephone companies).

Regardless of the previous locates, lines must be identified no more than 3 weeks prior to the event as line locates expire after 3 weeks.

Inspections MUST be done. If locates are not completed, set-up will not begin and full payment is required.

 

RENTAL ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustment to the quantity of rentals more than 30 days prior to the date of your booking is permitted within 10% of the original booked quantity (time of your deposit) at no penalty.

Adjustment to the quantity rentals less than 30 days prior to the date of your booking will result in the full rental quantity being charged.

 

DECOR

Absolutely no silly string, or similar items such as confetti, foam, or any similar materials may be used in and around the equipment/rentals. These items can cause damage to equipment/rentals. The client will be responsible for the full replacement value of the rental/equipment and or assessed a $75 cleaning fee if the unit is determined not to be permanently damaged.

Do not attach anything to the ten or tent structure with glue, tape, or pins.

 

Set-Up + Tear-Down

The renter is responsible for setting up and tearing down all tables, chairs, lighting, and rentals. An additional clean up fee of $50 per rental stack will be charged if all chairs and tables are not wiped down and stacked by the time of agreed pickup. Set up by Pinnacle Event Rentals may be requested no less than 14 days prior to the event date for an additional set up charge.

Pinnacle Event Rentals is responsible for the set-up and tear-down of all tents, staging, dance-floors, washroom trailers, and portable washroom units under normal circumstances at no additional charge.
